Welcome
This website has been used for various things over the years. At one time, it was the name of my band's newsletter (the band was called 'fuzzy logic' and the newsletter was titled 'The Grenga Ma'). I published the newsletter both online and in print in the late 1990's. We eventually changed our band's name to Grenga Ma and kept the newsletter going. When the band broke up in 2001, I kept the newsletter in circulation but it was more geared to general Rhode Island music news and not specific to my band. Eventually, this site became a hub of links for my own personal use.
Now, mainly due to the fact that I've moved to Europe, I'll be using the Grenga Ma for one main purpose: To post my thoughts on life, my art, music, and family news. So, I suppose you could classify this space now as a personal site, online journal, or weblog.

Design and Technology
This version of the Grenga Ma uses web standards championed by web guru Jeffry Zeldmen. I've also been experiementing with AJAX and CSS technologies here as well (inspiration will no doubt come from Dave Shea's CSS Zen Garden). So in some ways, this site also allows me to experiment with different designs and technologies.
